On 4/25/15 my car would not start.  Mechanic from AAA recommended a new 
battery.  Mechanic from chain auto parts store said I needed an alternator.  Contacted Express Oil on 9th Ave.  They could do the work tomorrow, but suggested I take car by their location on 9-mile Road to have it looked at and confirm I needed an alternator - as I live near Pine Forest Road to save time and gas (ie money).  Mike Cottrell, manager was fantastic. He had my car tested immediately - checked out everything - do not need battery or alternator.  WOW - talk about honesty and service.  I highly recommend Express Oil and would also like to thank Charles at the 9th Ave. location for his time and trouble.  It was the best experience regarding having work done on my car - great job!
