The service department damaged my vehicle during a standard hose repla... read more The service department damaged my vehicle during a standard hose replacement and ended up charging me an extra $1000 to replace my heater core. The service manager called me after diagnostics and told me that it had a quarter size hole in the core. If that were the case, I could not have even driven the car out of my driveway. The heater worked just fine before I told it to them. These guys are real crooks!!!
