Completely dissatisfied, Their tech (George) came in, took pix and sa... read more Completely dissatisfied, Their tech (George) came in, took pix and said they would be sent to my insurance company, (water damage, needed new drywall). Called numerous times to try to get copy of estimate and was not called back, this was after a month. Finally I was told that the owner would call me back, never happened. On to a new contractor, This has been a VERY trying incident, and they only made it worse.
