I'm sure this shop does okay work on tire installations and alignments... read more I'm sure this shop does okay work on tire installations and alignments, but I recommend going elsewhere for major vehicle repairs. After having my AC compressor and condenser replaced, the belt tensioner now makes a rattling sound whenever the compressor clutch is engaged. Matt claimed the new compressor changed the angle of the belt, causing the noise, but I find this explanation unconvincing. Somehow, they managed to damage the belt tensioner in the process and now want to charge me more for the fix.
3-29-2024 I took my 2000 ford Taurus up there and left it for some ... read more 3-29-2024 I took my 2000 ford Taurus up there and left it for some electrical issues and an ac diagnosis. I left my car there at 9:30 am on Thursday and they did not call me or start work on my car until 1:00pm on Friday. I went up there to get my car since they said on the phone you can come up and get it and I my needed car. The service manager did not even come up and talk with me as to why he didn't even get anything done at his auto place. The manager Will said he had to keep pulling techs off of my vehicle due to other vehicles needed fixed, not really a customer issue. not sure how they have any good reviews must be payed for. They have a appointment tab on their website I used it still did not matter. not sure how they are still in business I would not take my car there again or recommend them at all. I don't see this shop staying in business much longer with the scheduling issues

Charged me a fortune and couldn’t find the problem. A quick google video and 5 minutes of my time and I ended up figuring out it was the hydro boost. The owner agreed to send me a check for 150 bucks and that never even happened. That was like back last year sometime. Honestly they should refund me the entire thousand bucks. The owner thinks he lost time and money on some fire extinguishers. Well I lost thousands and time not being able to complete jobs while my truck was down for no reason….. This place used to be amazing….
