Safelite Auto Glass Repair and Replacement

I had the misfortune of having my windshield repaired on March 28. The weather has been less the favorable for any outside plans going on 4 day at this time. Safelites technician Joseph Pool arrived that afternoon greeting me with a friendly hand shake. We discussed the area of concern on the windshield when I ask him “if he was going to reschedule due to the possibly of rain” He looked at me puzzled and said “I think we will be ok” I was thankfully surprised. His demeanor demonstrated that of a true confident professional. He went right to work removing the windshield, making all the need corrections,cleaning an prepping the area surrounding the windshield. Installed the windshield, cleaned the area, insured all the rubber was seated and clean. He cleaned and wiped down the occupant compartment of my truck, leaving it cleaner then it was when he started.  Joseph actions amplified true pride and ownership in his work. I can say without any reservation that Safelite employee technician Joseph Pool turned a rainy day of doubt and uncertainty on my part into a positive reasurring exspearance. Thank you Joseph for a job well done.
