He told me the cost would be 230$ and he would remove my old tint for free. I said great! After four hours of waiting he hands me a bill for 390$ and completely denied the price we agreed upon. Boldly lying to my face. Who pays 400$ for tint? This guy completely took advantage of me and yes I'm a woman. Take your money elsewhere this man doesn't deserve it. AND the tint looks horrible.

Once I received my radio I called to set up an appt. and get a quote. To my surprise they wanted to charge me 35.00 extra because I purchased the item online and not thru them. Wow. An install is an install. Why would you charge more money for it. I know you're unhappy with the online competition but don't take it out on the customer that's still willing to do the install with you.. B.T.W. the $1000.00 amp I purchased from you is defective, might of had a better chance if I would have purchased it online as well.

They helped me with everything I needed in a matter of minutes. They're product is the best in the market at the best price in the market. And let's not talk about customer service, Judy and everyone there are great always smiling and ready to answere any questions I had. They even gave me a lecture about how my sound system works and spent a great deal amount of time making sure I was always 100% happy with everything they told me. Always picked up and called back. Judy even went out of her way to call the manufacturer to fix a broken amplifier I had. My favorite store in Miami.... If your looking for a place with exceptional customer service, great product, and fast installation, don't look any further audio logic is the place to go.
