I bought a set of prop.s and shafts and coupling for my '38 Chris Craft. As well as a simple shaft with 2 different key ways cut in it. The arrived and the shafts were both bent and could not be installed without more work and the key ways in the shaft were both off center. It was rattled badly after installation. Both things should have been simple. I would have to recommend First Coast over these twits. They got 1 star because I couldn't post this without some rating. They don't deserve that star.

They say they fix things and don't. How do you discover it, go out on the water and get stranded! They will tell you a couple of days, and 2 weeks later, they haven't looked at it yet. I would absolutely advise anyone to stay far away from these people. They are Horrible!!!!!!!!!

I brought my boat in after being dead in the water with an electrical problem. Asked them to fix and go through all to get the boat right. I waited 2 weeks for them to even look at the boat. When I dropped it off, they let me know later today or tomorrow. Ater "supposedly fixing" my electrical problem, my boat was returned 2 1/2 weeks later. I put in the water, and died later that day and was Sea Towed in. I opened the cowling and found 2 split spark plug wires that were badly arcing. Would have thought a quality marine mechanic would have caught this (mechanic 101). This fried my power pack and ignitiion. When I brought back once again to attempt the really fix it. I was told it would be a few days (which really means 2+ weeks in Chelsea language). Worst of all, they told me they were proud of their work, and showed no remorse, actually showed great arrogance. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING. SHODDY WORKMANSHIP, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND DISHONEST!!!!
