My car value is less than $1500. After an initial look Nevels called me and told me it would be $2545.00 to fix car. They misdiagnosed my car and I feel that was due to a personal argument I had with a mechanic there. I went to the shop ND spoke directly to the owner. They kept my car the entire weekend costing $250 additionally for a rental. On Monday, they fixed the problem ND told me it was only the ignition switch after all...go figure!! Then they charged me $410 to fix something normally they charge less than $250 total to fix. I will never take another car to them nor recommend them to anyone due to the unprofessional way I was treated by their mechanic.....highway robbery!!
