Years ago I got into a car accident that was not my fault. It was my first time EVER in an accident and I did not know anything about how insurance companies handled accidents nor did I know anything about body repair and cost to an automobile. At this time I was going through allot of financial difficulties and did not have the money to have my car towed so when the man from the towing company offered to tow my car free of charge to a body shop that he knew really well I didn't object. Unfortunately, I did not do my research on this company because had I did I would have found several complaints left by previous customers at the BBB.

I had pretty good insurance coverage on my lincoln navigator so I knew that having my SUV fixed wouldn't be a problem. I even had extra coverage on my rims in case anything ever happend. I did not know at the time that I had an option to have the money from the insurance company to fix my SUV mailed directly to me or sent to the auto shop so the auto shop received the money. BAD CHOICE!! The insurance company well compensated me for the damages. From the body damage to the front left side, to the alignment, as well as the replacement of a new rim. This company took my money and ran with it..LITERALLY!! The front bumper they put on is not even the original bumper that should have been replaced. The alignment was never done so to this day my car steers to the right and being that it is going to take more than just a regular alignment to fix the problem I'm looking at about $400 dollars for the repair. Now the rim is another whole story. 

First of all they took 3 months to fix my SUV and did't even have the decency to call me when it was finished. When I called them they said they ordered the rim and they are still waiting for the call that it is in so they can go pick it up. After about another 2 weeks went by I called them again and they told me the same old lie! I decided to call the rim shop myself and find out what is going on.
