A call was made to Flecha Automotive. The management and staff immediately made arrangements to transport the motorcycle to their facility. They worked with my insurance company to get approval for repairs. The repairs were timely performed and the motorcycle looks good as new. I have nothing but praise for this facility and their staff.
Avoid this service department at all costs. They took over a month to... read more Avoid this service department at all costs. They took over a month to complete a repair and I had to return bike the next day because of a coolant leak. Bike broke down 300 miles later and dealer is denying any responsibility. It is hard to get through by phone and they are slow to respond when you are present.
