It would get them more future business they said. I took the vehicle in and instantly told it was not repairable. This is a $250 tire. I knew it was an easy fix but they just want to sell tires. I took it to just tires on Clearwater Largo Rd and they fixed it for $20 and it will last the lifetime of the tire. It only took them 12 minutes to fix. This is my second bad experience with Goodyear. I will never use or suggest anyone goes there, especially the franchise one on Belcher and East Bay Drive.

Chris the manager said we will check the car and give a call. 4:30 PM I called to check on the status. Chris said we are still checking I will call back. 7:15 PM drove by the shop it was closed. Called the shop answering service can not get hold of any one. Left a message for the owner to call back. Have to be at work at 7:00 AM. 8:30 PM still no response. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
