I was quoted $220 to put in 2 Catalytic Converters in a 2010 Supercharged Range Rover sport. I ordered my genuine parts from the Land Rover dealership once my parts arrived I scheduled the installation for the next day. When I brought the vehicle in the shop owner offered to source the parts. I told him I’ve already purchased the parts from the dealership. He responded “that is fine” and they began to get started. I waited the estimated 2hr for work to be completed. I stepped out to get get lunch and I received a call from them saying they were having trouble fitting the catalytic converter’s to the manifold pipes. They said the fittings were not the same. I contacted the Land Rover dealership who confirmed the part numbers. They then told me they can take the system back down to correct the spacing and re-fit the catalytic converters for an additional $200 or they can cut the inlet off of the old catalytic converter and attach it to the new catalytic converter because they felt that would make it fit. Dealership advised against this saying altering a part would void the warranty. I asked them to put the vehicle back together that it’s probably best I go to another shop. 5 min late I got my truck back went to leave and it stalled out multiple times. I pulled over and viewed the catalytic converters fittings, both were left completely loose with a 1 in gap. The check engine light, restricted performance light, and low battery light are now on and the truck barely runs. When I returned they kicked me out and refused service after telling me I bought “eBay parts” They also refused to refund payment although they never completed the job properly. I had the vehicle towed to another repair facility immediately. I would stay far away from here if you value your vehicle.

I went in to get my car cleaned they were having problems with the pressure washer, the cash register. What was supposed to take 15-20 mins took an hour. The guy washed my car without pre-rinsing it so he was just grinding the dirt into the black paint with the sponge, he finally got the pressure washer working and tried to finish the job. I went to pay and the lady had issue with the computer freezing up so that took more time. I left and stopped somewhere and got out and looked at my car and the rims were still really dirty! Some parts of the car also still had some built up dirt! I went back to complain and the lady in side and the older guy outside were extremely rude like I was complaining about nothing they I tried get my money back they said they do not give money back and could wash it again which I passed on because I didn't want the same person washing it. They said they would contact me and send a mobile guy to my work place. I haven't heard from them and I even called to see what was going on with that. I talked to the "manager" Keith he wasn't helpful sine he wouldn't get off a his phone call to deal with a business matter but instead said the cashier would assist me then walked away. I don't recommend this establishment to anyone for anything they do terrible work and they are overpriced.
TIA Towing does not even deserve one star. Their representative Mary w... read more TIA Towing does not even deserve one star. Their representative Mary was very rude and I will NEVER do business with this company again. I called around to a few tow companies for pricing for a box truck and TIA had a good price. They quoted $125 over the phone. I let Mary know that I was a business and calling around for tow pricing and she said okay. When I called back to confirm the tow pick up, she reiterated $125 was the charge. There was no mention of anything else. When the tow truck driver arrived, he said the charge was $125 and they now do not accept checks. He then said that I could pay with a credit card but the charge would be $5-$10 more. I said that Mary mentioned nothing of an extra charge nor any mention of not accepting checks, especially since I told her this was a business. When I attempted to call TIA, the phone just rang and rang, then went to voicemail, then rang and rang again for two additional attempts. I was finally able to speak with Mary on the phone on the fourth attempt and she was quite rude and belligerent. I was explaining to her our phone conversation which she said that she remembered and that she would call me back regarding accepting a check. When she called me back four (4) minutes later, she still had a negative attitude and said due to bad checks they could not accept. She then said that she didn't know that $5-$10 would affect me so, so that is what the charge would now be. As I tried to explain to her that this is not the price she told me, she became irate and started to curse me and then hung up the phone on me. I tried to call her back two (2) times and there was no answer. She finally answered on my third try and said that I was giving her attitude and kept talking over me, not listening, and being very rude. She then said that she would take off the five dollars and as she continued with her overtly negative attitude said, "You know what? Forget it. I am not taking the charge off and not taking your credit card. Only cash. How long does my driver need to wait? How many minutes to wait for you to get cash? I am going to charge you for every minute until I get my cash. You need to decide what you are going to do cause I need my money. You call me when you figure it out." And then she proceeded to hang up on me again. As I attempted to call Mary back once again, the phone just rang and rang and she answered the phone on my next second attempt. She was still not listening and hung up on me prior to me even speaking. Their tow truck driver was also very disruptive and disrespectful as well. They did not even want to give me a receipt. I own a business and I would never treat vendors, customers, or any human being with such disdain. I will NEVER utilize their services again. This is not a customer service business. No one else should ever use TIA Towing.
