They always have given me great service. Don't know why people like this Greg dude expect people to work for nothing. Wonder what kind of truck he brought, too??? Probably a big one.

I've been doing business with them for 20 year, something has changed. I took a truck in to get a brake job and it cost me $586 (not cheap - btw, this included a $68 dollar charge to "flush the brake system" and then on top of that another charge of $12 for "shop supplies and hazardous waste disposal") When i got it back i noticed three things 1) soft pedal 2) emergency brake would not work, 3) brake lite on the dash would not go off. I set up an appointment to get it fixed, dropped it off and walked to my office and got a call from them (Jeff?) who tried to convice me that the emergency brake did work, said he would have to charge me $88 dollars to find out why my emergency brake light would not go off (not to fix it just to diagnose) and the that might take two hours or two days, and that the brakes were not soft. Roger “guarantees” his work, but when I called to tell him that my AC ... read more Roger “guarantees” his work, but when I called to tell him that my AC was not working that he had just replaced three days earlier, he told me after examining it, that I had an electrical problem and he doesn’t work on that. His man stood me up twice at Rogers shop, Then again at his own home.The mechanic out front of Roger charge me to fix it and did not fix the problem at all. He avoided any attempt of my communication with him after he got paid. I will not condone Rogers work or his recommendations because one is just as lame as the other. You should avoid this man. He hung up on me as I told him the problem;he didn’t wanna hear it, and then had the audacity to tell me I had a bad attitude. Keep in mind Roger took me for $600, and my new air conditioner didn’t work but for two days! His guarantee is completely lame! Avoid him!
