They were professional, quick and efficient. They communicated directly with me and the insurance company in a timely fashion. My car looked better when I picked it up than I did when I bought it new. I was told by mechanic that a few things need to be fixed before he can diagnosis car, needless to say, I went away very disappointed. The work was not done and I paid for the test to be done. I met Carlos but all he did was dance around my question. I will not recommend this place to anyone, the least Carlos could have done was offer a refund, I was there all day til 5.not happy at all.!!!!!
