I took my car after asking for an appointment to replace a specific Air Conditioner part and agreeing on a price. 3 hours later I get a phone call telling me that the repair can't be done for the price THEY HAD QUOTED ME, that it was going to take at least 8 hours. I tell them to put the car back together and that I want my car back. After I got it back, the A/C diverter for the feet on the passenger side was under the passenger seat and the screws were missing, also missing were the screws for the glove compartment. I ask to speak to the service director (Jerry Martinelli) who basically told me that he wasn't interested in my side of the story and that he wasn't going to listen to me. I own 3 toyotas and a lexus and live within 5 miles of that dealership. I will never again set foot on your place nor will I buy another toyota from you. Multiple calls to Dom or Denise have not been answered

I took my 2005 BMW 530i in for a driver's side airbag sensor warning a... read more I took my 2005 BMW 530i in for a driver's side airbag sensor warning and left it there so to determine the causr for the sensor failure. My advisor Chad kept me informed to progress and options for the repair. Chad was friendly, honest and very helpful so that I had all the information to make a repair decision. The car was repaired and ready as promised. Unfortunately 3 days later the sensor failed. I brought the car back in and they found that the new airbag was faulty.
