Orginally had an appointment on 02/14/13 between 8a.m. and 12p.m. Thou... read more Orginally had an appointment on 02/14/13 between 8a.m. and 12p.m. Thought great had to leave for a funeral at 12p.m. so since I took the day off I could get my dryer fixed as well. Well 11:30 came by and received no phone call, i had to call and reschedule appointment because obviously I would not leave him in the house by himself. The next time was the following Friday 02/22/13 between 8 - 12p.m. I received a phone call at 8a.m. saying that the tech was in route...I told them lady that I had to take my daughter to school and that I may not be at the house, the school is at the top of my road not even 5 mins away. I received a call that the tech had been waiting over 20mins (which is impossible) and when I returned home he was throwing his hands up in the air clearly aggravated. He walks in takes a sku number off the dryer and says he needs to order the part. I was aggravated because they already had the sku number and knew the problem (it wouldn t heat) because Lowe s Ext. Warranty scheduled the appt. He then drove out of my driveway recklessly yelled at me that he wishes my dryer blows up and then calls Lowes and says they will not service me anymore. what a joke of a business.
