Exceptional service provided by the store manager Bill and his team.  While travelling back home from a familty visit in FL, my car started losing power two hours into the drive so I got off at the first available exit.  I had no idea where I was going and prayed for direction.  Lo and belold I look up and there is Goodyear.  Made it in 10 minutes before closing.  Store manager suggested I not drive car as I would most likely get stuck and I totally agreed.  Next morning, call received regarding work required on car and car was repaired as specified.  What got me the most was how accomodating and helpful the store manager was and the fact that he went out of his way without hesistation to ensure my needs as a customer was met.  Way to go, Bill and team.  You were my angels in time of need!

PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I had a more trusted mechanic look at what they did after they "fixed" my car. Not only did the car break down literally 5 minutes after I drove it off their lot, but I realized the steering wheel was crooked because they did not align my wheels properly, they charged me on things they claimed they did like a battery protectant which they did not actually apply, they broke my drain plug during the oil change where not only did they not screw it back in but for some reason they GLUED it so it fell out a week later and the oil spilled out on my driveway, (the oil change which they quote "threw in for free" because of how expensive the other repairs were), and oh yeah one more time they DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING because like I mentioned I BROKE DOWN 5 MINUTES AFTER I DROVE OFF THE LOT.  

Greedy, lying, cheating, two-faced, incompetent, and dishonest are just a few words that describe the manager Jeff and his mechanics.   

If you want to save your money, your car, and your sanity, do yourself a favor and take your to car to any other shop in Jacksonville because it'll never be as criminal as the Goodyear on North Clay Street.
