I have taken my car to this location several times and never had a bad experience. They provide honest pricing and great service. During one instance I took my took my car in due to an unusual noise the car was making. It turns out the Honda Dealership never secured my tire and the tire was close to flying off and causing a major accident. They took a look at my car fixed the issue and did not take advantage of my situation. Wray's is the best automotive shop I have been to. It's the perfect place to bring your car for top notch care. Way's Automotive is a company you can trust!

  • 1 star only because there is no lower rating. Had screw in my tire whi... read more 1 star only because there is no lower rating. Had screw in my tire which they charged me $20 plus to fix. Had to return about 17 days later for leaking air and they put in 5 pounds and said "you better keep an eye on it." Took to dealership for repair of their repair and told they had ground down the area around the puncture so far that tire could not be repaired. Cost $295 for new tire to replace the 6 month old tire that Tuffy ruined. Only after help from the Corporation headquarters, returned to Tuffy New Port Richey and manager examined tire and confirmed it could not be repaired and offered $200 - which he thought was fair. Will never use Tuffy for anything and STRONGLY caution anyone from ever using this Company. Horrible work, Horrible customer service and obviously use inexperienced, unsupervised and/or untrained 'mechanics'. Only advice is - run.... run far and run fast. You may think this slanderous but it is only slanderous if it is not true. I GUARANTEE, this is true and have their paperwork and dealership paperwork and several witnesses to back up story.
