En referencia a un señor llamando "Steve" y le explique hasta como luce y me dijo que si, el trabaja allí. Cuando empecé a describir lo que había ocurrido (El Steve se enfrento a mi cliente en una manera agresiva hoy) El Señor no me dejo ni terminar mi oración cuando me empezó a interruptir y me llamo "un animal"... yo soy una mujer muy respetuosa y como abogada, actuó en una manera no solamente ética pero con mucho respeto, especialmente a las personas mayores como el Señor Betancourt, lamentablemente no merece ningún respeto porque el si trata a las personas como animales. Me imagino que este negocio este haciendo cosas ilegales porque le dio un ataque al señor. Muy sospechoso con su reacción y de verdad no tiene el ninguna educación porque yo nunca le dije nada feo, solo le explique la situación que ocurrió. El simplemente me pudiera haber dicho que no, pero al contrario no sabía ni cómo comportarse. Por favor no vayan acá porque tratan a las personas muy mal sin ninguna necesidad. Una lastima, tan viejo y todavia sin educacion.

Quoted me verbally (even though I asked for a written estimate). I paid the $1400, take it home, and the AC is not working. I take it back and their saying there's something new. When I asked what it would cost to finish the job, they say "expensive." On top of that Ms. King was so obnoxious about taking my money and failing to complete the work properly. BUYER BEWARE!

I have had numerous issues with the car and management since that purchase. My "no money" down became $1200. They deposited a cancelled check, a check I did not authorize them to use. They gave me a temporary tag, yet ordered a new tag for the car when I already had a tag. They insisted I had to pay the $400 for the new tag. There were repairs on the car I noticed initially that they claimed they would fix. They never did. In less than 90 days, the car was incompacitated and they offered no assistance. The sales person that I purchase the car from offered to pay for the cost of repair on March 16. When I called him on March 17, he was "unavailable." I took the car to a reputable service department and was told the labor and parts would cost $1800. I called the dealership repeatedly and was dismissed. I finally got in contact with the owner and he offered to pay for half of the repairs but only if I went to his mechanic. I got the results of the diagnostic back from Mercedes and was told in addition to the initial problem, there was a whole slew of problems. I tried to return the car and they still were of no assistance.
