I’ve been a loyal customer for years and sadly this is my last time coming.

The staff is great, super friendly and attentive. 
The owner on the other hand, is rude, unprofessional and doesn’t know how to treat long time customers. Spoke to me aggressively on the phone and even hung up on my face when explaining an issue I was having after visiting the body shop for an oil change.

Do not go to this auto shop.  We recently had a horrible experience with one of the workers named Fred. I don't know if he is the owner, but if he is, he should be ashamed of himself. He wanted to over charge my elderly grandmother after quoting her a different price for servicing her car.  He was so rude, disrespectful, and even threaten me to the point that I almost called the police.  If you're thinking of taking your vehicle for service there, think again, there are many wonderful shops that treat their customers with respect and do not try to over charge for services.  Would have given them no stars but a star rating was required for the review.
