Quoted me verbally (even though I asked for a written estimate). I paid the $1400, take it home, and the AC is not working. I take it back and their saying there's something new. When I asked what it would cost to finish the job, they say "expensive." On top of that Ms. King was so obnoxious about taking my money and failing to complete the work properly. BUYER BEWARE!

I got the Air Spring replaced on my mercedes benz GL450. I asked for an area to sit in and they generously asked me to use their office, even offered the secure WIFI without my asking. The service was very fast. The most important thing was the work was done right. The owner's son asked me whether I wanted to test drive first with him in the car to make sure I was satisfied so that was very reassuring. They also did a little extra by fixing a slow leak in one of the tires. They didn't even charge for it. So in my opinion 5 out of 5 and beyond. Very satisfied. Will return. And will recommend.
i purcased an item from this store. 2 days later i realized i didnt ne... read more i purcased an item from this store. 2 days later i realized i didnt need the item so i tried to get a refund and they wouldnt not take it back. the box was never opened and i had my reciept. they say they dont take back any of their electrical parts. i guess they know something about the parts that i dont know because its just a refund of your own product lol.
