Claimed not to have received my emails or calls after I initiated a charge-back and refused to refund while suggesting that I was trying to get away with something. What was advertised was not what was received and one of the substituted parts didn't even fit. Combative, accusatory - basic bait and switch.

I got the service at the Truckmax in Miami so I don't know about the other locations but everything here was on time and they didn't try to rip me off. Will definitely be servicing my truck at Truckmax Miami again
