Willow bend automotive called and told me my filter was dirty and once they cleaned that the problem went away however they found Multiple issues. Over 1500 dollars to fix it was a lot but we have to have a reliable vehicle. Fast forward to the day after we got the vehicle fixed we noticed it was missing a little when we slowed down or in park. A couple weeks later the car stopped while behind another vehicle on a busy road. The thing I brought it in for was NEVER fixed. So now more than 500.00 more they want to fix something that was supposed to be fixed. Unbelievable. Yesterday I asked the mechanic if it would cost me something and today they called back and told me a different story. I went by good reviews. Never again. I feel scammed.

These folks will fix your vehicle right the first time. They charge a very honest/fair price for all the work they do, and get your car back to you FAST. I have been coming to this shop for close to TEN YEARS now, with all (4) of my family's vehicles. I've never had to do a customer "Bring-Back" for repeat repairs. That's pretty amazing if you ask me! This time it was a leaking Rear Main Oil seal, and Oil Pan Gasket/windage tray, plus roadway debris-damaged; steering rack-leaking...combo on my 2008, 180,000 mile Dodge Charger SRT8 HEMI. Willow Bend Technicians got my sweet, MOPAR HEMI baby, all-fixed-up-back-on-the-road in less than Two Days! I am a happy customer. Do yourself a favor and give Willow Bend Automotive a call, the next time you need auto/truck repairs. You'll be mighty happy you did.

They have replaced a Borg Warner T-5, broken Manual Transmission on my 1986 GT Mustang ( I broke the internal shifter fork myself playing Mr. Hot Rod!), done tune-ups, oil changes, thermostat neck and hose, and the serpentine belt/idler pulley replacement on my 2008 Charger SRT8, plus New Alternator and Radiator on my wife's Toyota. This time it was for (4) NEW Tires to be mounted and balanced on my wife's 2006 Toyota RAV4. The highly skilled, "ASE Certified" Technicians did a fantastic job. The SUV rides and steers as smooth as it did on delivery day from the Toyota Dealership (and it's got over 165,000 miles on it !). I am more than pleased with Willow Bend Auto and will schedule my next vehicle; Dodge SRT8 Charger, for 4-tires (mount and balance) soon. They don't touch your vehicle without discussing estimated repair cost FIRST and Foremost! If you want the job done right, for a very fair / honest price, bring your vehicle to Willow Bend.
