We had to returned the car 3 times. Now it will not go in reverse and they want more money! DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! THEY ARE RIP OFFS!!! I HAVE PAID THEM MORE THEN I PAID FOR THE CAR. DO YOU HAVE A MINUS RATING?
Im a meachanic, and took my van to the dale mabry amco station 7-19-20... read more Im a meachanic, and took my van to the dale mabry amco station 7-19-2013 becuase I sold my shop a few months ago, and dont have a lift anymore. My van was dropping overdrive. A employee took my van for a drive, when he came back he said " this Things got issues ". Its dropping in low too. A lie !! never did that. he didnt check for codes, i was watching, about ten minutes later. They told me my transmission has internal problems , bull !! FIRST thing your sapose to do is offer a transmission service cause sometimes the filter could be plugged, and while your there check the overdrive cylinoid. Not give a 1,000 - 1500 dollar estimate. I knew then they were trying to scam me. Good thing i know what to do, and what to look for. I WILL NRVER GO TO AMCO ON DALE MABRY AGAIN !!! I was so fustrated with the dishonest tactics i crawled under my van changed the filter and fluid and it fix the problem . COST 80. DOLLARS, ISTEAD OF 1000 -1500.
