I bought a car from suburban volvo palm beach about 1 1/2 years ago.i ... read more I bought a car from suburban volvo palm beach about 1 1/2 years ago.i just went to get new tires for our cx-70, and found out it needed 215/65/16 102v tires.v tires are for cars that have a high speed rating.here i find out that the tires on the car sold to me were not the rated tires required by the manufacture. putting me and my family at risk of blowing a tire at high speeds.VOLVO SAFETY NOT AT SUBURBAN!!!
dont go to this business for any reason. they are a scam and rip off a... read more dont go to this business for any reason. they are a scam and rip off artist. i came there with a coupon for a tire rotation and balance 50% off. the regular price was 49.00 dollors. they took the coupon and then about a hour later told me they would not accept the coupon. i told them to stop the work but they said it was to late.i ask the mgr. why and he told me that it took to long of a job. after arguing with him he threatened to brake my arm if i didnt pay the full amount. i called the police and they told me to pay with a credit card and dispute it later, which i did.i later found out on line that this was a common practice for this establishment. i also found out that the mgr or owner was a convicted felon on probation. dont go there, there are plenty of good shops out there.
