They charge a market price (not a low price) and I am fine with that. Mellor's works on many different vehicles, which is a challenge, and generally use good quality aftermarket parts. I often ask Mellor's to quote to me both dealer parts and aftermarket parts, and then I decide which parts to ask them to get. That flexibility as to parts is important to me. For example, I always without exception choose the dealer oil filter.

I purchased the engine from a reputable dealer in Orlando. Mr. Williams charged.me $100 to pick it up. 4 days later, I was called and informed the vehicles ready. Arrived at the shop paid the invoice in full and was handed the keys when Mr. Williams stated that the engine was not quite running perfectly. I started the vehicle up and made it to the road where he died and would not restart, having to push it into a parking lot off the side of the road. When I confronted Mr. Williams, he stated that the engine. I purchased was bad. And that he could not fix it. In addition, my door panels were off and laying in the trunk. Neither one of the windows had been repaired and were still stuck in the position that they were in. I paid to have my vehicle towed to a reputable business in Palm Bay. They did a diagnostic on my vehicle and discovered that Mr. Williams had installed the balance shaft belt incorrectly. Mr. Williams also failed to pull the code off of the ECM, which stated that the crank sensor was bad. Repair bill totaling.$738.00. I picked my vehicle up when I realize that the AC was not working. Upon further examination, it was discovered that my vehicles returned to me with no freon in the system, costing me an additional $88. I confronted Mr. Williams at Rotomotive, and explain to him that I believe he was responsible for my repair bills on the engine. I met with him twice both times he adamantly refused to refund any money to back to me. I also discovered that Mr. Williams had released the refrigerant from my vehicle into the air, which is a violation of both state and federal laws. I have reported Mr. Williams from Rotomotive to the Florida Department of Agriculture Division of licensing, as well as to the Environmental Protection Agency on both of state and federal levels. I would highly recommend that you avoid doing business with rotomotive or Mr. Williams at any cost
