I have lived in Gainesville for over 30 years and i have always dreaded and cried anytime i have had to go to ANY automotive shop because i knew (from expierence)that i was going to b ripped off, until i went to smittys in the ne industrial park, not only did he charge me appropriatly but walking in to his office was awesome!!!!It is extremely clean and the customer service that myself and my parents recieved was a breath of fresh air, I highly recommend Mr.Smitty and his staff are qualified and very respectable!!
