I hired Mike Hess to fix my RV furnace in my 2016 RV, it hadn't worked since last season. With many colder than normal nights this season I needed heat.The furnace would work when it was warm out but not once when it was below 60 degrees, however he insisted it was working. He told me he couldnt see any problem with it and argued it was working. IT WAS NOT. He said i needed a new regulator for my propane tank, replaced it and charged me for that and a Service Call. I called him back when it got cool that night and told him it still wasnt working, he pretty much thought i was losing my mind. i was so humiliated.
To sum this up, after my repeated calls for Service he avoided my calls. He had a Woman call me and she was adament that my furnace was working. she argued and said " Well, Mike says it is"
 In the meantime i had to use 2 portable heaters to keep warm. I finally went to Stewarts RV Repair and within 20 minutes they figured out the problem and it is working perfect. It was a very simple fix. I have heard terrrible stories from other people in this RV Park about Mike Hess
 and his workmanship since then. Do not hire him for your repairs.
