I brought in my 2002 Mercedes CLK 430 for replacement of the valve gas... read more I brought in my 2002 Mercedes CLK 430 for replacement of the valve gaskets due to oil leaking. When I picked up the car, my wife and I recognized a large inverted dent on the driver side door. In addition, the inside door panels were broken off and in other areas they panels were lifted and were not sitting properly. We asked the supposed mechanic, what happened. But he denied doing anything and became very confrontational - even though there was nothing wrong with the door when we left it there. In addition, my wife attempted to leave and tried to roll up the window but we noticed that the motor was clicking within the door. The supposed Darling mechanic explained that we now need to keep the door open when operating the window. This is my worst experience ever working with an auto mechanic. I've had mechanics make mistakes in the past and own up to them. But, Darling flat out denied he did anything wrong - even with photos of the car taken just prior to bringing in the car. Now, a valve cover gasket replacement will most like cost me well over $1.5k.
During Covid-19, none are wearing masks, there's no hand sanitizer, th... read more During Covid-19, none are wearing masks, there's no hand sanitizer, the place is filthy, the seats look like someone rubbed grease, sweat and food onto them and the bathrooms are a mess as well. There was dark marks on my door, dash board and steering wheel indicating that they didn't wear gloves and didn't wash their hands after doing whatever. Price wasn't great for what what I bought. Personally, when people don't call you by your name and call you Boss, it's another word in the service industry that's demeaning. On a positive note, the service was preformed within the time given. I wont be going back.
