The week after I pick up my RV I left on a 7 hour family vacation New Year’s road trip. RV freshly out of the shop – so I felt confident in the RV mechanically. I was wrong… Shortly after leaving for my trip the entire wheel/rim broke off the lugs causing undercarriage damage, frame damage, and underskirt damage. Not to mention the rim was damage beyond repair. I have never seen anything like it. The roadside mechanic that was gracious enough to help me on his day off, the day after Christmas, was baffled. In his 26 years as a master mechanic he had never seen anything like it. After some investigation we figured out Nichols RV left lug nuts loose causing the lugs to snap completely off. The mechanic found more loose lug nuts on the other side. I can’t imagine if this would have happened on both sides at highway speeds. The negligence of this shop could have ended deadly for my family. Thank goodness no one was hurt. I personally would not trust Nichols RV again. Management was not willing to do anything for me other than apologize. I cannot in good faith recommend this shop to anyone. Working with any mechanic where I personally feel obligated to double check their work is not one I will trust with the life of my family.

And all I get is oh it's scheduled to go in today. That's been for the last three days and it's been there since Monday June 15. I would like to know why it's takes so long when I'm an over the road trucker and I need to get back out to make money.
An exceptionally bad experience with this dealer, from the outset they... read more An exceptionally bad experience with this dealer, from the outset they just lied and continued to lie and deceive. We wanted to purchase a Dodge Ram Diesel truck from them, we sent specific questions about a particular truck, they replied with obviously whatever they thought they should say that would secure them the sale. This review may be long and detailed, however I strongly suggest you read it all. Everything I say here is 100% true and Greenway are welcome to sue if anything is not 100% correct, so they will not. We are based in the UK and felt we should be able to trust a Dodge main dealer, just how wrong we were!! It was lie upon lie, the condition of the truck was just so wrong compared to their description. To give an example, we asked for pictures, in one we noticed that the rear bumper appeared to be bent, so we asked if this was the case, we also pointed out that if it was it was not a problem, we would just order a new bumper, they then lied and said it was perfect. The truck was shipped to us in the UK and when it arrived, yes it was bent and the body was pushed in where it had been bent, so they lied deliberately! We asked them to fit some extras on the truck that we paid for, they charged us and told us they were using GENUINE Dodge parts, they did not, they sent it out to someone else to do the work and charged us for genuine Dodge parts. We paid them in advance by wire transfer for the truck and they forgot (either deliberately or just incompetent) to pay off the bank, so we had to wait over a month whilst they got round to paying the bank off to get the clear title, no clear title and we would not be able to ship it to the UK. There is a list of emails sent to Greenway Dodge, I am more than happy to send copies to anyone who asks so you will see exactly who you are dealing with. Yes we all make mistakes, but the list of direct questions with lies as answers is not a mistake, it was a direct batch of lie after lie. I contacted the comp
