Even Ford was baffled. I finally called these guys who came to my house, correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed and came back to install it. Problem solved and at a reasonable amount right in my driveway. I am in my 70's and this is the best auto repair I have ever experienced. These people are a rip off & excessive liars! They said my dad's car w... read more These people are a rip off & excessive liars! They said my dad's car would be done in 3-4 days. It wasn't even completed in 3 weeks! We then preceded to just get the car. Incomplete or not. Well we were charged the full price plus an extra $400 that they just suddenly came up with. Don't make verbal agreements!!! These people are a complete joke and they're quick to call the police when they know they're in the wrong. Even the owner is full of BS! I saw this first hand. I would not recommend them to even my worst enemy. BE AWARE!
