She said it was not her fault that she hit our car even though we were already pulling out before she came flying through. Contacted the insurance company who advised us it will probably be better for us to get quotes as our deductible will probably be the same for the amount of the repair. In addition, it isn't worth it to fight to get this woman to pay the cost. We ended up with two quotes and was trying to find a place on 15th Street that was recommended to us, but ended up at Ace-Tech Auto repairs instead. Richard was very caring and had the car pulled around to the back side to check out the dent. He was able to heat out the dent we didn't have to leave the car for two or three days as the others told us we would have to do. It was such a wonderful surprise to have someone who wasn't going to charge a high extravagant fee to have the dent removed. (much lower than our other quotes). We highly recommend this repair shop who cares about the customers.

I have been taking my car and my wife's car to EF Tire & Auto Repair s... read more I have been taking my car and my wife's car to EF Tire & Auto Repair since we moved to Hillsboro Beach, FL in 2014. I am almost 67 years old and without a doubt, this is the best place I have ever had any service done on my car! Today I brought my car in because one of my tires was very low. They were quite busy when I arrived at 9:15 a.m. Bill said I would probably have to wait about 30 minutes before my car was seen. I expected a long wait. So thirty minutes was fine with me. After only ten minutes my car was being serviced and just a few short minutes later my tire was fine. Because all the service areas were being used, the mechanic was kind enough to fix the tire outside a service area. Additionally, it started to rain lightly while my car was being looked at. Another mechanic came over when the rain began to fall and he immediately closed the open car window. I'm sure most other auto repair shops would not have been so considerate!. Their prices are extremely reasonable and the owners are very honest. They will not say your car needs a service it does not need. Monday-Friday they have an oil change special for only $14.95. Amazing! If you can, I strongly suggest arriving at EF Tire & Auto Repair several minutes before they open at 8:00 a.m to beat the other regular customers who trust these guys as I do. Mitch T.
