I called Al Yaghy the store manager about a few things I need to be do... read more I called Al Yaghy the store manager about a few things I need to be done with my car. I had an issue with the Goodyear tries that came on my car from the factory. I called and stopped by 4 Goodyear stores in the immediate area and nobody would help me. Al went out of his way to get my tires warrantied. In return I allowed him to service my car and do a full diagnostic. Since then I have referred several friends and neighbors. All Goodyear stores need to take lessons from Al on how to treat customers and provide outstanding customer service, he also has a great team working in the shop. Get there and them service your vehicle......................
I called first of all and spoke to Al Yaghy the Service Manager about ... read more I called first of all and spoke to Al Yaghy the Service Manager about my check engine light being on. He asked me a few questions and I explained that the dealer looked at it and gave me a quote. He offered to re inspect my car for no charge to verify what the dealer told me. Well not only did he get me right in the shop but he gave me a quote for 200.00 less than the Chevy dealer. I had him do the work and now my car has no light and runs great....I highly recommend Al and the Goodyear shop.....Beverly
