My daughter’s car got rear-ended and East Coast Autobody and Glass worked with our insurance company to make sure they knew every time they found a problem and how much more it would be. They kept us up to date with what was happening with her car. They even talked with the car rental people to see when the insurance company was going to stop paying for it. When our insurance company stopped paying for the car rental, they picked up the rest of it till the car was ready. The work they performed on the car is top notch you cannot tell it was ever hit. Plus, they fixed some minor cosmetic issues at no cost. I will be using them from now on for all my autobody needs.

They lie to you about what they are doing. Make promises that they never keep and caused damage to a part that was not damaged by leaving it exposed to the weather for almost 3 months promising to replace the item that was only 4 months old and never did. No one at the dealership will get answers either. Getting ready to turn it over to an attorney. IF YOU HAVE AN ACCIDENT STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE

Frank the manager gave me a couple of excuses why it didn't fit properly. First, it was 'they all look like that - go look on the lot'. When I sent a pic of my car 2 weeks prior to the wreck, with the trunk aligned, I received no response. When I returned to have my trunk adjusted Frank refused and told me the power trunk closer warps all of these deck lids. I contacted my insurance as they guaranteed the repairs, they called the shop while I was on the phone, and they said bring it in tomorrow. I sent my wife to the shop where they told her the same 'warped trunk' excuse and wouldn't do anything about correcting the problem. I decided to fix it myself - I have worked body and paint for over 20 years and was certified as a master paint and body tech by I-CAR. When I pulled the stuff out of the trunk, the floor was covered with surface rust from left over metal grinding debris that was never cleaned up. I had to fix that too. I gave 2 stars as the paint work was excellent.
