They said they fixed the transmission problem & then wasn't fixed. A dollar was stolen from our center console, Mcdonald cup in the cup holder. & then when supposedly the transmission was fixed the spark plug blew out of the engine on their test drive. We Were told it was fixed, drove it 2 blocks & was making loud noises, supposedly spark plug shot out again. Picked up again the next day because it was supposed to be fixed & same thing happened. I pulled out the coil pack & they didn't even replace it, instead they cemented it onto the engine block. Spark plug wasn't re-threaded like they said they were going to. There was also glue on the plug as well. When my wife attempted to talk with the owner about their shotty work the owner yelled and cursed at her & told her to get off his property. We were just asking for part of the money back from the spark plug issue they failed to fix.

They were supposed to replace the passenger mirror, replace 2 tires, look at the wiper motor, change the oil, and look at a noise from the engine. When I picked it up they said the wiper motor needed replaced, it had an oil leak that needed fixed, and they would need money to troubleshoot the noise (they called it an engine noise). That was about a month ago. Since then I have fixed it myself and found out the wiper motor works perfectly, but they left it unplugged. They routed the power mirror wire under the power window causing the window to jam (they REFUSED to fix the window saying it was a regulator, even though the window worked when I dropped it off). The power mirror did not work because of how they routed the wire. The engine is a new replacement and does not leak a drop of oil. The engine noise is a bad bearing in a pulley that any mechanic can see without removing a screw. And one of the two tires they replaced was mounted incorrectly and had to be remounted to stop it from leaking. I know...hard to believe anyone can be this bad!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!
