Went 3-4 times, and those many times my vehicle was inspected and ran ... read more Went 3-4 times, and those many times my vehicle was inspected and ran for a diagnostic each time. Only for them to con me out of half my pay check and waste of days off I had to request in order to go to their shop for my concerns. Left lied to and ripped off. Told me I needed a purge valve, which I paid for that service, afterwards, GUARANTEED a fix AND a test drive of the car. Still got the code pop up on my dash just 15 mins same day as I was driving home. I couldn't call them back same day since they just closed for the day. Once I reached out, they requested I bring it in another time/day to see the issue. Once checked, they took an ENTIRE morning to see what was up. It was the R&R charcoal canister. Which, by the way, was located underneath near my back right tire that has HAD a hole ever since. Mind you, I mentioned earlier the amount of times I got my car seen by them. They seemed to not even see a gaping hole underneath where my gas cap was those several times? Then, told me it must've been a recent collision to have caused the rupture. Which was a LIE. And to add insult to injury, as I was VERY vocal to them stating either I get a fix for compensation or a refund. They blatantly dodged that refund out of their conversations with me. and THEN, they quoted on a canister replacement for basically a Grand. That's a whole paycheck that I make Bi-Weekly. That's not it, after I was refused a refund. I wanted to request a dispute with my bank to have the $600 charge back into my account. They lied and got my bank to deny my dispute. P.S. one of their concern reports on my car stated that my rear brakes were bad, went to the shop near my job and they would charge me $300 instead of the $900 at Prestige. If this isn't shady enough in the standards of a Auto Shop, I don't what is.
