They sold me the wrong battery, They were suppose to do just a diagnostic and that was it instead they pulled a bunch of wires out and unplug some had one of the chargers hooked up to the battery to maintain it and they broke part that is suppose to stay on the battery and kept it I had to call and tell them I wanted it back. When I got it back the wire was pulled out of it making it no good. Had to pay a $90 tow bill to get my bike home. Talk about bad business. Never go there
My Honda Gold Wing was covered with Kilz Spray paint. The local Honda ... read more My Honda Gold Wing was covered with Kilz Spray paint. The local Honda dealer wanted to total the bike out. A call was made to Flecha Automotive. The management and staff immediately made arrangements to transport the motorcycle to their facility. They worked with my insurance company to get approval for repairs. The repairs were timely performed and the motorcycle looks good as new. I have nothing but praise for this facility and their staff.
Avoid this service department at all costs. They took over a month to... read more Avoid this service department at all costs. They took over a month to complete a repair and I had to return bike the next day because of a coolant leak. Bike broke down 300 miles later and dealer is denying any responsibility. It is hard to get through by phone and they are slow to respond when you are present.
