( I recommend you stay with the same manufacturer when changing you receiver ) Not wanting to screw up any of the electronics, I called Anthony, who I used 2-3 years ago ( at $80 an hour ) to do the wiring. That's 8 wires for the stereo, and 1 for the light on my compass. He charged me $85 hourly, with a 1/2 hour of TRAVEL time!! Then takes AN HOUR AND A HALF to connect 9 wires111 That's $175 TO CONNECT 9 WIRES!!!!! He said NOTHING on the phone about his travel time. PLEASE DO NOT USE HIM!!!!

He has replaced sea water pumps, new battery chargers ( trouble shoot one so I did not need a new one), batteries In addition He has performed all my maintenance including oil and filter changes and complete ignition replacement and tune ups. I am completely satisfied with his work. I am knowledgeable about boat maint. but my old body does not allow for me to crawl around engine rooms anymore. However I am able to observe Tony at work and understand his ways. I will use him for all future work. Ken Capt. Lauderdale Lady
