They did not align it even though I had already paid for the service. I had to come back one week later to get it aligned. Then the day after I noticed 2 screws missing on the rear tire. When I called the guy on the phone he laughed at me and said they did not unmount the tires to align them. Overall, horrible experience and lack of professionalism.

They will keep your car their for MONTHS! After having my car at their shop for a few months, my car does not have a complete coat of finished paint. You will never have a response from them, any status or update in regards to your car, you will have to appear personally at the shop. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO ANOTHER PLACE!! THIS PLACE WILL GIVE YOU A HEADACHE!

I have a 2006 honda civic, which was grey and had it repainted white inside door jams and all. I talked to Mike and he did it for $1300 and said it had to be cash only, so I ahead and left him the car. HUGE MISTAKE! First of all, it wasn't even base coat clear coat, the paint was Urethane (wasn't part of the deal) next the door jams were all dripped and they were peeling, I don't know if they didn't sand or sprayed primer but it was all peeling, and another thing was that when they assembled or disassembled the car they broke my tail lamps and some interior plastic pieces, the wheel weld (inner fenders) were all white when they finished painted which also started peeling, body work wasn't done right either, I called and he said to go ahead and take it back to him but I think he just made it worse because now the car is full of touch ups everywhere...I'm just going to take the car somewhere professional to do it and pay $1000 or more again. It should've been done right the first time. I would not suggest anyone to take their cars here, it's better going to a shop that knows what their doing!
