They were professional, quick and efficient. They communicated directly with me and the insurance company in a timely fashion. My car looked better when I picked it up than I did when I bought it new. The dent - which was actually more of a crease, was from the wheel well to the door. There were some tough areas to fix, but everything looks great now. Chris the manager said we will check the car and give a call. 4:30 PM I called to check on the status. Chris said we are still checking I will call back. 7:15 PM drove by the shop it was closed. Called the shop answering service can not get hold of any one. Left a message for the owner to call back. Have to be at work at 7:00 AM. 8:30 PM still no response. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
