My wife got rear-ended and the guys insurance company sent her to this place, the bumper still had a dent in it when she brought it home and isn't even clipped properly on one side (oh but it's not their fault it was already like that, uh yeah she got rear-ended duh) anyways, something happened while it was there and they broke her brake lines and sent her off with brakes that dont work!
