What I appreciated most was that they did not try to upsell me on extra unnecessary parts. I had been going to Jiffy Lube which is similar price but they ALWAYS get you before you leave saying your brakes need changing when they are fine or last time they tried to get me for $250 saying I need a new cabin filter which is crap?! R&M is a small shop, but they get what you need done and honest about it.

The owner gave me a buncha excuses and he said he didn't have time, also didn't have part to install, what kind of business treats there customers like this. Might want to try some where else to get your service you need, even if you have to go to PA. Word of mouth travels fast, the business I'm in I will make sure the story gets out
