Michelle in the front is always polite, patient, kind and always has a smile on her face . Every time I call her she is very patient with me. I call her all the time. I never have to wait for an appointment. I can call the day before too have an oil change or what ever I need Michelle gets me in right away. They are always accommodating to my needs. They always have my vehicle done in a timely manner. Mike(the owner) always comes out to say hi and asks me how things are going. I think that is important. The technicians are also pleasant. I would recommend Small Town Auto to anyone. The prices are good as well. I give them 4 stars.
I arrived on my way from Massachusetts to Georgia with one of my winds... read more I arrived on my way from Massachusetts to Georgia with one of my windshield fluid dispensers not working in the aftermath of a winter storm. It was just before closing on a Friday afternoon, and Country Auto took my car into the shop, warmed it up, got my line unfrozen and charged me nothing! I wouldn't have been able to continue otherwise. This is a great place. It is conveniently located to an I-91 exit.
The most dishonest auto place (or incompetent) I have ever encountered... read more The most dishonest auto place (or incompetent) I have ever encountered. After charging so much to fix a radiator leak problem, when the car was returned to them complaining of a leak, they diverted the problem to something else and wanted to charge me to fix it. But another mechanic confirmed that the original problem (radiator) was not fixed properly and even showed me that the current leak was due to the original incomplete repair.
