I purchased my car from carmax and when I called to get warranty work done they referred me to J N S(glad they did). Brought my car down there with a ton of issues. Rick made the process as easy as possible. The guy honestly went out of his way to get my business. 1- Rick called my warranty company for me 2- He scheduled me a rental car that was covered by my warranty 3- Warranty company's are always a pain in the ass but Rick called em did all the leg work got them to pay without having me wait long. 4- I ended up paying less that what my original deductible was! 5- probably my favorite part of my experience was when I picked up my car it was WAXED AND DETAILED! Like I said these guys went above and beyond for my car. Thank you Rick. P.s if you have carmax extended warranty just skip the middle man and call rick they'll charge the same deductible, give you a better warranty that carmax does on their work 3year/36k! Jose C. This is one of those places that when you go for something simple like... read more This is one of those places that when you go for something simple like an oil change, they will find something that they say should be fixed asap, and that they can do for you right now. However, their prices are far higher than other shops can do it for you, and they quoted me some front end work on my truck that the dealer could do for less, and with original parts! They advertise that every 4th oil change is free. However, when we tried to use the 4th free one on our truck, that was excluded, even though they did it before. Latest thing was overcharging for a routine oil change on our car by $5. OK, not a big deal, but when asked, they gave some stupid reason hat the car needed an extra quart of oil. Sorry, that's just not a plausible answer. When we requested a refund, because we showed them he old oil change slip, they only would give us $2. There are many other places to go to get your car worked on. I suggest you go there and don't bother to stop at Jackson's.

Joe was so helpful in arranging a tow and getting my car fixed fast and at a great price. He made a difficult situation so much easier to handle!! The shop has a clean, comfortable waiting area.
