Living in Shelton I have a few car washes to choose from, but wasn't really happy and I wanted to shop around. So I did an internet search of other places in the area and found Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center, which had great reviews. So I called for a quote for a detail and theirs was cheaper. Great! The customer service is AMAZING. As someone who often worries about being taken, it was nice to have Danny explain everything in a way that I could understand. He explained everything and was upfront about the work and the pricing. I was very pleased with how great my car looked and the good customer service. Will definitely be coming back.

A very clean car. I haven't got my car washed in a year. It was covered with everything you can imagine. When i left Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center it looked like new. They took the time to do it right. And the finished product shows that extra TLC they provide. I recommend them to my family and friends.

The workers are well trained, quick, and thorough. This is the only place I'll go to get my car washed; it really beats doing it yourself. They do great work and it is worth taking your car here - you will be happy with the results. The workers are diligent. I have never had a problem with any of the workers here - they just seem so happy to be working and always do an excellent job - Kudos to Danny and the management team for creating and maintaining a well-oiled machine!

I am a huge car enthusiast. I got the Executive full service detail the clay. A car wash is not going to make your car look brand new. Getting your car clayed will. It will actually make your car look better than new because it removes the "orange peel" look. I don't know how anyone would have a bad experience here. I have recommended this company to many people. And that includes many high-end clientele. I hope everyone else can have a great experience as well Great job Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center!
