Popped a tire on a bad pot hole so I called around and talked to a gentleman here who said they had the tire I needed in stock. Drove here on my spare. After waiting for 30 minutes while they looked at my old one to see if it could be repaired (it couldnt, which I knew), they said the tire actually wasn't in stock here and was at a warehouse somewhere else. They sent someone to pick it up, but we've now been waiting 2 hours and no update. I was lied to and told they had it here... not good business practices. They have also been aggressive when I politely declined other suggested maintenance. Do not recommend.
I just got my XC70 back from Stan. We had some sort of what I thought ... read more I just got my XC70 back from Stan. We had some sort of what I thought was a bad strut noise when taking a tight turn. I was expecting the worst and we got the best. It turns out that I guess some of those Brooklyn NY pot holes took their toll and loosened up some of the suspension. All Stan had to do was a little lubricating and tightening. Another place might have wanted to put in new parts and we never would have know. This is exactly why we keep going back there. Thanks guys.
