Michelle in the front is always polite, patient, kind and always has a smile on her face . Every time I call her she is very patient with me. I call her all the time. I never have to wait for an appointment. I can call the day before too have an oil change or what ever I need Michelle gets me in right away. They are always accommodating to my needs. They always have my vehicle done in a timely manner. Mike(the owner) always comes out to say hi and asks me how things are going. I think that is important. The technicians are also pleasant. I would recommend Small Town Auto to anyone. The prices are good as well. I give them 4 stars.
