I've brought them Ford's to VW's to Acura's etc they are very knowledgeable and make you understand what work is being performed and why. If issues pop up they let you know what they've found and what will be needed to resolve them. They instill confidence at every turn and even though servicing vehicles is an annoying necessary evil they make you feel that the job was done right by local professionals. I've referred many people to work with them even my own grandmother because I know that they will take care of her and not advantage of her because she isn't mechanically inclined. Supporting local family owned businesses is important to me and the CT economy. It should be to you as well. Paul's Auto is one of the good ones so please help make them even more successful than they already are!

Fuel gauge didn't work after having part installed ant was told the pa... read more Fuel gauge didn't work after having part installed ant was told the part was defective , but I had another mechanic look at it and the part was installed incorrectly and broken also all of my emissions stuff that connects to the fuel tank was not hooked up witch made my check engine light come on and they keep telling me it was the part that was defective, there service after the fact was horrible and will NEVER bring or recommend any to have there car fixed there. I jus got ripped off by a guy I thought I could trust
