My disabled sister, who has very little money, took her car here to have muffler fixed. They charged her a hefty price only to weld the muffler on instead of bolting it the way it should have been done. I have spoken to 3 legitimate mechanics who all said that the muffler should have never been welded, and that this is a shoddy way to secure instead of the right way, which is absolutely bolting it.
The man on the phone is SO rude, so rude; in fact, he is a mean horrible nasty man. The minute I told him about his shoddy workmanship and the correct way it should have been done, he just kept yelling on the phone and would not let me get a word in edgewise. He hung up on me, I called back, he hung up on me, I called back (rinse and repeat)...each time he wouldn't let me speak and kept yelling. I called back again, my only intention is to have Mighty Muffler fix their shoddy workmanship and he told me I was being recorded so he could report me for phone harassment; he had no intention of making a right out of his wrong. In the meantime, it is costing my sister close to $200 more to have work done on her car because of their laziness and taking the easy way to fix her muffler instead of the RIGHT way. They fully took advantage of a disabled woman with little income. Worse, they laugh about it and don't have the decency to correct the issue they caused....such a shameful and absolutely horrible business.
