Your car is going to have a problem, perhaps major, and you will will find yourself floundering and knowing what to do. I have found the answer. Urban Autocare in Littleton is the best. You will be treated with fairness and courtesy. They understand this this problem is a big deal for the customer and take it seriously. From the start, communication is timely and easy to understand. The repairs are perfect and they go beyond to take care of you. (I had a loose piece on the front bumper that they saw and fixed up for me.) Easy to talk with and always available to provide info. Jerry took care of me at the counter and they did a great job plus I was told this was a great location to go to by a lot of people in the Highlands Ranch area from a group called Word of Mouth Highlands Ranch Uncensored and they can be a tough crowd. So don't listen to the guy that wanted a discount. Really one bad apple should not spoil this place that would be a shame!
